I am currently coveting a brass glass coffee table for our front living room. This week marks the 1 year anniversary of moving into our home. I have been slowly decorating it room by room. The best advice I was given was to take my time. As a procrastinator and bargain hunter I interpreted that as leave some rooms empty. Our home is older and has a ‘formal living room.’ The room serves no real purpose since I do not host swanky cocktail parties or ladies lunches. It’s current contents are a sad undersized area rug and a Craigslist sofa. I am sure most of our guests assume we were robbed or are into a minimalist look. Neither are the case, I just had no idea where to begin the furnish process.

Finally, I finally decided to start with a coffee table. I settled on brass because it is timeless, traditional and I love pops of metallic. Glass coffee tables are ideal for smaller rooms as they give the illusion of it being larger. Another benefit of glass is I will not have to micromanage company about using coasters. Glass Here are the economical brass class coffee tables I found. Happy decorating!
